ミッドタウンにある著名ジャズクラブ「Club Bonafide」で６月28日（木）、シンガーソングライター植村花菜さん＝写真＝のニューヨーク単独ライブが開催される。
植村さんは４月にワシントンＤＣのジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ・センター・ミレニアムステージ、５月にニューヨークの「JAPAN DAY＠CENTRAL PARK 2018」に出演したが、ニューヨークの単独ライブは実に５カ月ぶりとなる。秋には新作の発表も控えている。

Kana Uemura is a Gold record-selling singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Japan. She is best known for her song “Goddess of the Bathroom”, an acoustic ballad about her grandmother, which became a #1 hit in 2010. That year she also won two Japan Record Awards: Best Song and Best Songwriter of the Year with her album “Pieces of Me”.
Kana Uemura has released nine studio albums, thirteen singles, an English songs cover album, and 16 music videos.
Uemura moved to New York and will be performing at Club Bonafide on June 28 at 8 PM. She performs in major U.S. cities as well as travelling back and forth for performances in Japan.
